Relating To Pesticides.

Abstract

Requires the department of agriculture, in collaboration with the department of health, to create a restricted use pesticide amnesty program and provide restricted use pesticide amnesty bins within each county for the anonymous and proper disposal of illegal or unused restricted use pesticides.
